These are events that generally happen each year annually and happen around the same time. Tentatively, put these dates on your calendar and be ready to hear more about them at church when we get closer to the day!
January – Sharing Life Conference
A 3-day conference where we lift high the name of Christ through worship and the word of God spoken from each evening. Typically the last weekend of the month
February – Annual Soup-er Bowl
Join us after service on Super Bowl Sunday for a savory afternoon sampling the best soups Harvest has to offer. Vote for your favorite to determine the Soup-er Bowl Champion!
Easter Celebrations
We hope your kids love hunting Easter eggs- there will be hundreds available for your kids to search for the Saturday before Easter every year.
Look out for a Good Friday service the Friday before Easter.
June – Promotion Sunday
Kids moving into 6th grade officially move from the Children’s Ministry to the Youth Ministry. High school seniors moving into college. Join us in celebrating our youth growing up.
(Typically early June)
June/July
Two weeks of camp called MIX and MOVE. One for junior high students and one for senior high. This engaging event generally takes place in mid to late June or early July.
July
An annual 2-day golf tournament for Hope2. A Friday par 3 tournament and a Saturday 18-hole team tournament where avid and amateur golfers alike are welcome.

August – Kids Sharing Life Conference
A youth-centered take on our annual Sharing Life Conference. This gives the kids in the Children’s Ministry a time to worship and learn about Jesus
(Typically Friday-Sunday in mid-August)
September – Hope2 Banquet
A great night to have a wonderful dinner as well as hear about all God has done over the past year in Africa and around the world.
(Typically the last Saturday in September)
October – Harvest Bonfire
Join us for a great night of food, fellowship, and sitting around the bonfire!
(Typically on a Saturday in October)
October – Trunk-or-Treat
Decorate your trunk and bring the candy out as our community comes together for a night of fun, fellowship, and sweets.
(typically the last Sunday of the month)
Christmas Celebrations
Get to see Harvest Children’s Ministry kids share on Sunday about the true meaning of Christmas – Typically the middle of the month
Join us on Christmas Eve for a short time to connect with others and God during the busy holiday season.
Worship Nights
Join in a night of worship at Harvest. Keep an eye on our social media as we host worship nights throughout the year.
